Hey, hey it's my new favorite morning DJ!

I have spent the past few weeks attempting to compile a list of all the concerts I have attended. Complete with dates and opening acts. As it turns out, old concert dates are virtually impossible to find on the internet. Anyway, in my search for the date of the 1987 Monkees concert, I discovered that my favorite Monkee, Micky Dolenz is the morning DJ on WCBS-FM in NYC. I was able to tune in online Wed. morning before I left for work. I wanted to listen again, but slept through Thursday & Friday's show because of my late schedule. Friday morning was Micky's 100th broadcast. By Friday afternoon, he was unemployed, along with the rest of the WCBS on-air staff. WCBS flipped to a new format, Jack-FM (same old crap every other station plays) at 5pm. At least I got to hear a few minutes of the show before it was extinct!
